2015-16: As a senior, Saideh's selfless versatility and leadership again proved vital to the team. In the latter category, she became the fifth player in Lady Ice Lions history to wear the captain's C, while also serving as club president off the ice. After two years exclusively playing forward, the roster's personnel distribution required that she move back to the blueline extensively over the course of the season, where she excelled. Despite the awkward reality of week-to-week position changes, Saideh's offense didn't suffer. Her six goals and 11 points each ranked fourth on the team and were highlighted by a hat trick in a 5-0 win on February 5, 2016 at Northeastern. Another big goal came on a power play rebound on January 17, 2016 at Liberty that tied the game at 4-4 after two periods. It marked the second straight season Saideh tallied from near the net on the advantage in an away game against a top-ranked defending national champion.

2014-15: Saideh was a leader both off (the team's vice president) and on (as an alternate captain) the ice. In the latter capacity, she also settled into a well-defined role as an expert defensive winger and penalty killer who always seemed to get a stick on the puck or win a key battle at the perfect moment. The former Boston Globe Merrimack Valley/Dual County league all-star remained a capable goal scorer as well, with her seven tallies standing seventh on the Lady Ice Lions. Four of those scores came in PSU's last five regular season games, including a gritty net-front power play effort that produced a 2-0 lead in a monumental win at defending national champion Miami on January 18, 2015. Saideh's sole multi-point outing came through a goal and an assist in a November 2, 2014 rout of Navy.

2013-14: A move to forward, as well as chemistry with frequent linemates Carly Szyszko and Nina Elia, paid immediate dividends for Saideh as a sophomore and resulted in six goals, good for fifth best on the team. Her first collegiate tallies came in a trio, as she broke out with a hat trick (including the winner) plus an assist in a victory against Liberty on September 28, 2013. Saideh added another GWG three weeks later, connecting on a third-period power play to supply the difference in a key 2-1 win over Michigan State. Another important goal came in another 2-1 PSU win, this time at West Chester on January 19, 2014, when she opened the game's scoring in the third period.

2012-13: Playing primarily defense, Saideh appeared in all 14 games for a unit that helped earn three shutouts and posted a dominant stretch of allowing three goals over six games, a run that essentially punched the Lady Ice Lions' ticket to the ACHA National Tournament in its first year. At the tournament, she chipped in an assist of Mandy Mortach as Penn State toppled defending national champion Wisconsin-Stout 3-1 in the preliminary round on March 8, 2013.
